It takes a willingness to be flexible, responsive and adaptable – important qualities in a diverse world of ever-changing situations and environments.
Adaptable people make behavioral adjustments based on their understanding of their own Behavioral preferences, coupled with the ability to determine the Behavioral preferences of others.
