I have been in the Insurance Business for over 33 years and 2013 and 2014 were, without question, my most challenging years. My husband and I opened a hardware store in August 2011. Greg Herring was a tremendous resource for us in his role as a Retail Business Coach. Without retail experience, there was much for my husband and I to learn.
