Definitely the most influential concept I have learned from Greg’s coaching is the art of the “mental trigger”. Being able to harness my passion, emotion and thoughts allowed me to put my ego aside and rationally think about what was best for our team. This extremely useful technique enabled me to refocus myself during moments of high stress and anxiety. This new skill allowed me to harness my highly emotional character and achieve goals that I always knew I could accomplish but never knew how. Even now being on the other side of the ball I still use this concept and I am forever grateful for Greg and this life lesson he instilled in me. Thank you for everything Greg!

Greg’s ability to teach anybody how to master the skill of interpersonal communication in order to build confidence in themselves and instant rapport with others through his DISC “Learn to Earn Trust” Workshop is brilliant and, yes, life-changing. I highly recommend Greg to any individual or team that is looking for that “competitive edge” that will take them to the next level.

Sports Mental Edge
Greg was hired to work with our team at State Farm to help us strategize a plan to accomplish our annual goals. He met with us as a team, but spent most of his time with us individually. Being an athlete all of my life I never had any problems with self-motivation or accomplishing goals as I was always competitive and wanted to be the best. Unfortunately, when I entered the business world the self-confidence that was once so dominant started to fade. Greg taught me to “get out of my own head” change my state of mind, and focus on things I can control. He understands my personality to a “T” and knew exactly how to coach me. The objective outlook that he has given me is exactly what I have needed to get me back on track. Anyone that has the opportunity to work with Greg is extremely fortunate!

I have struggled to find confidence mentally, and Greg has helped me achieve the true confidence of a champion. Greg was able to develop a process coordinated specifically to me, and every bit of his input showed true value in my success. I credit Greg for helping make my mental side stronger and more confident than ever! I recommend Greg to any athlete interested in improving the mental side of their game.

Greg worked with our staff at State Farm to help build and improve our team environment. He taught us to understand each other’s personalities so that we could function better as a team, and taught us how to apply that understanding to our sales and customer relationships as well. If you know what makes a person “tick,” then you can connect with them on a deeper level – something that is beneficial in all types of relationships, business and personal. He helped me develop in my role as a team lead. He also developed our teams’ mental strength by teaching us how not to let personal matters get in the way of our work life. Greg has been an incredible asset to our team, and hiring him to coach us individually and as a team has been one of the best business decisions we have ever made.

Greg has been coaching me on my racquetball game for the last four years. With his direction on the technical, tactical and mental skills of the game I was able to win the 2013 and 2014 National Championship for the Men’s under 30 division. If you are interested in improving your performance in your sport, business or life I highly recommend you give Greg a call.

Working with Greg over the past two years has undoubtedly benefitted our program. Greg offers a number of services and techniques that translate to improved personal and professional performance. Greg showed us how specific players and coaches prefer to communicate with each other. With the importance of team dynamic–especially with a young team and new coaching staff–Greg helped move us along toward positive results on and off the field by identifying the difference in communication each player and coach prefers. This helped solve conflicts during training and matches, and ultimately helped keep problems at bay before they could become detrimental to the program.
